Neither we, nor can anybody else Guarantee 100% up time of our website’s. We will however strive to keep things running smoothly and investigate any reports of outages. 2) Submission of pictures regardless of format or delivery method, does not guarantee acceptance for use on any of our websites or other advertising. Some possible reasons for not including an image can include, but not limited to, Image quality, Space restrictions, Bandwidth usage etc. We will do our best to include all Images submitted. 3) By your submission of any Images, regardless of delivery method you grant Diamondtique Auctions et al. Non-exclusive rights to use your images in all our Auction advertising online and off. This would include, the auction that the item and Image where originally consigned to us and use for promotional materials online and off, including after the oringinal Auction to promote future events. 4) You can rest assured that your identity will not be compromised in anyway. We never sell, trade or give away your information with ANYBODY without you expressed written permission. This includes your status as a consigner, your email address or any other personal information we may collect in the course of doing business with you.
